🎓Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and impactful role? We’re looking for a motivated Project Assistant to support aviation-related training initiatives under the Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree from a local university, or equivalent;
Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
Good computer knowledge in the application of common computer softwares e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
immediate available.

Duties:

To handle the applications of Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (Aviation) (ProTERS) under the Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (“MATF”) including vetting the application details with course providers and applicants, obtaining supplementary information from applicants, preparing various documents such as acknowledgement and notification letters, etc., and answering phone and email enquiries from applicants/general public/course providers;
To assist in updating, consolidating and archiving application data in the database for ProTERS;
To provide logistical support in meetings, promotional projects, activities and programmes, compiling statistical reports, handling hotline and e-mail enquiries, etc.;
To provide general clerical support including filing, receipt and dispatch services, photocopying, etc.; and
To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
